Meet Nick
Nick Pastrana is a seasoned real estate professional with formal academic and professional backgrounds in economics, law, and public policy. He brings over 12 years of experience representing real estate investors and retail clients. He also currently oversees commercial development for one of the largest solar energy developers on the island. His contributions extend beyond the private sector.
In the public sector, he served as Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Senate Finance Committee, where he played a key role in shaping major legislation, including Puerto Rico’s bankruptcy settlement law, the Earned Income Tax Credit, and the University of Puerto Rico Endowment Fund.
In the non-profit sector, he has initiated initiatives to revamp rural aqueduct infrastructure with solar power. To date, these initiatives have provided energy resiliency to water utilities for more than 14,000 people.
