Act 60 Benefits
Act 60 provides a variety of tax incentives for individuals and businesses, including:
* 4% Corporate Tax Rate – For eligible businesses exporting services outside Puerto Rico.
* 0% Tax on Capital Gains & Passive Income – For new residents who qualify under the Individual Resident Investor Incentive.
* 75% to 100% Municipal and Property Tax Exemptions – Available for eligible businesses operating under the program.
* 0% Tax on Dividends & Interest – For qualifying individual investors.

Act 60 Puerto Rico Requirements
