Meet Nick

Nick Pastrana is an attorney and seasoned real estate professional with a background in economics, law, and public policy, and over 12 years of experience representing real estate investors and retail clients. His contributions also extend beyond the private sector.

In the public sector, he served as the Executive Director of Puerto Rico's Senate Finance Committee and played a pivotal role in shaping several laws, including Puerto Rico's bankruptcy settlement legislation, Puerto Rico's Earned Income Tax Credit, and the University of Puerto Rico Endowment Fund.

In the non-profit sector, he has been involved in initiatives to revamp rural aqueduct infrastructure with solar power. To date, these initiatives have provided energy resiliency to water utilities for more than 14,000 people.
