Nick Pastrana is a seasoned real estate professional with a background in economics, law, and public policy with over 10 years of experience representing real estate investors and retail clients. Furthermore, his contributions extend beyond his expertise in the private sector.

In the public sector, he served as Puerto Rico's Senate Finance Committee Executive Director and has played a pivotal role in shaping several laws, including Puerto Rico's Earned Income Tax Credit and the University of Puerto Rico Endowment Fund.
